Description
Similar to the Sparkle animation, but the LEDs are not reverted after the sparkle. (Their prolonged color is changed as well.) A separate coroutine is created for each pixel. Each coroutine waits up to maxDelayBeforeSparkle seconds before sparkling its pixel.
